Hello friend,
Genuinely Stellar exists to support women entrepreneurs with lifestyle businesses because I’ve been there myself. I understand the challenges specific to women who choose this path. Launching a product into the world and creating a brand around it is a capital-intensive endeavour. In this country, only 4% of venture capital dollars go to women. It’s a statistic that rattles me every time I cite it. Only 4%! So, this newsletter is a small way to shine a spotlight on women with great ideas and high-quality products that deserve an audience.
Since our launch in April of 2024, it has become clear that supporting woman-owned businesses is important to you as well. I’m deeply grateful for that. Your time is precious, and the fact that you open our emails, engage with our content, and share it with your friends means more than you know. Genuinely Stellar is growing because there’s an audience of thoughtful readers on the other side of it. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for being here!
As we look ahead to 2026, I’m excited to explore the possibilities for Genuinely Stellar with you. I want to ensure the stories we tell and the information we share continue to be useful, interesting, and resonant. Your input will make all the difference. The choices we make about brands to cover, depth, format, and frequency will be directly shaped by what you share.
I’ve put together a short survey to gather your thoughts. It’s completely optional and takes just a few minutes. If you’re willing, I’d love for you to add your voice. It’s a chance to share what you want more (or less) of, and what would make Genuinely Stellar worthy of your time in the year ahead. By the way, this survey is sponsored by another terrific newsletter, The Daily Upside. I’m grateful for the support.
Thank you for being here. I’m excited about what we can build together in 2026.
