The April Showers Issue
Rain, rain, go away
Hello friend,
We’re not even a week into April and the weather has us tied in knots. One day it’s warm and sunny – a prelude to better days ahead. The next day it’s teeming rain. The promise that April showers bring May flowers is somewhat of a consolation, but we’ve found more reasons to embrace these unpredictable, rainy days of spring.
In this issue of the newsletter, we feature a woman entrepreneur from Newfoundland who has designed a raincoat that’s as functional as it is stylish; an Ontario woman who is making hay with soup mixes that warm your soul on rainy days; a facialist whose hydrosol mist is a shower of pure goodness for the skin; a Vancouver candle brand with nostalgic scents that provide the perfect escape from the rain; and a Canadian country singer who offers a different perspective on rainy days.
We are always proud to bring you exceptional Canadian women-owned brands each week. If there’s a brand you love, reply to this email and let us know about it. We may just feature it in a future issue of Genuinely Stellar.
Enjoy!
